William Farr - Ecuador

William and Mercy FarrWilliam Farr went to Ecuador in the summer of 1972 to work with a Christian mission camp, and did not return to the States until 1993.  He and his wife Mercy, whom he met in her native Ecuador, have devoted their lives to the spread of the gospel in this poverty-stricken and destitute part of the world. While in the States in the early 1990’s, William studied under Pastor Joe Morecraft and became an ordained minister of the gospel under the Reformed Presbyterian Church in the US.  Upon returning to Ecuador, he has remained a beacon for other pastors who are seeking guidance and knowledge in their quest to preach.  His duties are endless; the opportunities never cease; the possibilities for ministry are boundless.  He is well-known by many in the field of education, politics, and Christian ministry.
